POSTAGE/PACKAGING & DELIVERY CHARGES

UK Mainland delivery only. A charge will be added to the order value
to cover postage, packing or delivery charges. We offer 3~4 Day
economy delivery (after despatch) @ £4:95 (up to 30kgs) also
48 hour service @ £7:00 up to 30kg and 24 hour service @ £9:50
. However orders must be placed before 12 O'Clock midday to guarantee
the specified delivery times. We will be happy to quote for other
delivery times and tariffs.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards or you may post a cheque to us
if you prefer. All prices are in GBP (£ sterling) and exclude
VAT unless shown otherwise.
We are entitled to present your cheque or credit card details (to
be checked) to our Bank before we despatch any goods.We will not
despatch any goods until after funds have cleared. We will not debit
your credit card or pay your cheque into our Bank unless the items
you have ordered are in stock.
DELIVERY
For stock items we aim to despatch your order within 2 ~ 3 working
days if paid by credit card and in the case of a cheque payment,
when funds have cleared our Bank.
RETURNS
You can return an item because it is faulty or damaged. You must
return the goods to us, at your own cost, and in the condition you
received them. Goods must be returned in the original Packaging.
If goods are not in a re-saleable condition you will be charged
the cost of restoring them to original condition. Postage will be
refunded on any faulty item. On receipt, we will offer you a full
refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATIONS
As this is a Business to Businesss transaction, you must be certain
that the product/s that you are purchasing are right for your needs.
You cannot return it just because you don't like it. We may allow
you to return goods under certain conditions, ie, if we supply the
wrong item/s. Then your payment will be returned, less the initial
Postage / Packaging cost.
We will also deduct a handling charge 25% or £5:00 (whichever
is the higher).
DATA PROTECTION
Your details will not be used by us or forwarded to any third party
for the any purposes or unsolicited marketing.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the
website we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted
for viruses and thus you are recommended to take all appropriate
safeguards before downloading information from this website. These
terms and any claim based on the use of information from this website
shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear
text on any web site
