GENERAL
By continuing to use the website and the online shop you agree with our terms of business and this will form our contract of sale. The term "WE" refers to CCR Retail Equipment Ltd

POSTAGE/PACKAGING & DELIVERY CHARGES - UK
UK Mainland delivery only. Normal delivery hours are 8am ~ 5:30 pm Monday to Friday excluding bank Holidays.
A charge will be added to the order value to cover postage, packing or delivery charges. We offer 3~4 Day economy delivery (after despatch) @ £5.00 (up to 30kgs) also 48 hour service @ £7:00 (up to 30kgs) and 24 hour service @ £9:50 (up to 30kgs). Orders must be placed before 12 O'Clock midday to guarantee the specified delivery times. Where other tariffs are available, the options will be indicated on our shopping basket.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards or you may post a cheque to us if you prefer. All prices are in GBP (£ sterling) and exclude VAT unless shown otherwise.
We are entitled to present your cheque or credit card details (to be checked) to our Bank before we despatch any goods. We will not despatch any goods until after funds have cleared. We will not debit your credit card or pay your cheque into our Bank unless the items you have ordered are in stock.

DELIVERY
For stock items we aim to despatch your order within 2 ~ 3 working days if paid by credit card and in the case of a cheque payment, when funds have cleared our Bank. Any shortages or damage to the goods and/or goods supplied in error must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of said items.We have no control of the goods once they are in the hands of our carriers and will not be responsible under any circumstances for late delivery or NON delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
Our products are not sold on a trial basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to check specifications and suitability before ordering. If you have ordered the wrong products, you must return the goods to us, at your own cost, and in the condition you received them. The goods should be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition with any relevant packaging manuals and/or instructions. If goods are not in a re-saleable condition you will be charged the cost of restoring them to original condition. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package and/or have been used. The original Purchase Invoice must accompany any returns

CANCELLATIONS
As this is a Business to Business's transaction and is not covered by distance selling regulations, you must be certain that the product/s that you are purchasing are right for your needs. You cannot return it just because you don't like it or if you bought the wrong items. We may allow you to return goods under certain conditions, ie, if we supply the wrong item/s. Then your payment will be returned, less the initial Postage / Packaging cost. We will also deduct a re-stocking/handling charge 25% or £5:00 (whichever is the higher).

GUARANTEES
All products (with the exception of consumable items) carry a One Year return to base guarantee. Items which become faulty may be returned by prior arrangement and at your own expense. Items which become faulty or unusable due to misuse, neglect or accidental damage may be returned by prior arrangement and at your own expense. We will examine these goods and advise of the likely costs of effecting any repairs before carrying out any repairs. The original Purchases Invoice must accompany any returns

PRIVACY

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on the web site

Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses and thus you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from this website.
These terms and any claim based on the use of information from this website shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
